The NAMC General Membership Meeting (GMM) took place on February 6, 2025, in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The focus of the meeting was to provide valuable training and insights into the contracting processes related to the Detroit Arsenal Innovation (DAI) OTA. The agenda included an overview of membership as well as information on NAMC Communities. This meeting was designed to equip our members with the essential tools and knowledge to enhance their operational effectiveness and competitiveness within the defense industry.
The Army Futures Command (AFC) Directorate of Integration (DoI) has published two Characteristics of Need (CoN) documents focused on Autonomy and Formation Based Layered Protection (FBLP) and is seeking feedback from industry to increase industry awareness and collaboration.

This CoN statement is a living document and will be updated as required based on technological observations and lessons learned through experimentation. The Army invites industry to contribute to the overarching FBLP dialogue and provide comments on the attached CoN no later than 27 January 2025, 11:59EST.
GVSC hosted the 2024 Focused Industry Days (FID) on 29 OCT. During the event, the AMO capabilities and team were introduced, and discussions focused on the DAI OTA, standalone OTAs, as well as various opportunities for innovation and partnerships. The slides from the event are attached.
NAMC Project Management Team held a Government Engagement Workshop on "Leveraging the Annual Plan to meet your business objectives." The Workshop was held virtually on 22 OCT.

This guide is intended to assist you in maximizing the resources available to you as a NAMC member. It details the Annual Plan process from beginning to end, with an overview of the other solicitation opportunities which may be competed through the consortium.
