Join NAMC and Velocity for an exclusive DoD networking event!

Eric Castiglia, Chief Growth Officer at BAE Networks in Troy, will be leading a Cyber Security Overview at the Velocity Center in Sterling Heights with a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person. This training is aimed at defense contractors, businesses, and academic organizations dedicated to safeguarding their operations against cyber threats. As this is cyber training, we highly recommend the attendees have a high-level understanding of CMMC or at least some basic understanding of how cyber compliance impacts your business.

The Government intends to host an Industry Day for the Soft Kill APS on 11 June 2025 at 2:00PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The event will be held at the Velocity Center, located at 6633 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314. This is an in person meeting only, and only open to members of the National Advance Mobility Consortium (NAMC). Anyone who is not currently a member should contact NAMC for details on how to join the consortium.

GVSC’s Systems Engineering Directorate is hosting an Industry Day designed to solicit feedback from Industry on v2 of The Common Ground Vehicle SysML Modeling Guide. This version of the Modeling Guide provides guidance based on modeling with SysML v1.7 The Industry Day will occur on 17 June 2025, from 9 – 11 am at the Velocity Center in Sterling Heights, MI.
