Overview

This project will develop and deliver a minimum of six (6) prototypes so that they may be incorporated into developmental/operational testing. The prototypes should be at Technology Readiness Level - 6 by the end of the effort. The UASs will be COTS. This purpose of this effort is for the contractor to develop a prototype physical model that will be used to evaluate how UAS systems will enhance military personnel mission effectiveness within the sustainment and maneuver forces. The prototypes developed from this effort will allow the logistics community to evaluate the technical and operational feasibility of utilizing small, organic aerial platforms to perform routine supply deliveries to dismounted, forward deployed personnel.
