Acquisition Change | RPP-25-T01 | ARCS Library
NAMC has received notification that funding for the ARCS Third Party Instantiation is now uncertain. As such, the acquisition strategy for the project has been updated accordingly. Instead of two stages, the RFP has been updated as a call for white papers only, and a ROM is no longer required as part of the submission package.
Version 2 of the RFP has been updated and released to reflect these changes.
Additionally, the submission deadline has been extended by one week, with white papers now due 3PM ET 28 FEB 2025.

The Government has released seven additional attachments as part of the RFP package. Updated versions of ARCS Request for Proposal (RFP) and Attachment 001 - Project Prototype Agreement (PPA) have also been released.
