Objective

In this task request, the VSSO solicited a team (formed by qualified consortium members) with the technical expertise to continue developing, maintaining and extending the VICTORY architecture and standard specifications for integrating electronics systems on DoD ground vehicle platforms.

Background

The Army Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Vehicular Integration for C4ISR/EW Interoperability (VICTORY) Standards Support Office (VSSO) is leading the VICTORY initiative to (1) develop architectures and standard specifications for integrating electronics systems in Army ground vehicle platforms; and (2) implement and demonstrate prototyping capabilities for accelerating adoption of VICTORY standard specifications by Army programs.
