Overview

The Government anticipates awarding one (1) agreement. Under this effort, the Government is seeking the delivery of one (1) prototype Smart Fuel Metering system from the contractor that is selected for an award. The delivered prototype Smart Fuel Metering system will be subjected to Government testing. The anticipated period of performance for the prototype project effort is 39 months.

The purpose of this RPP is to solicit Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposals for the research and development of a prototype fuel accountability system consisting of fuel metering and gauging capabilities to autonomously measure bulk fuel movements in a tactical environment.
