RPP Released | RPP-22-07 | Bi-Directional

The purpose of this RPP is to solicit a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposal for the research and prototype development of a 10kW Bi-directional power converter that uses advanced power conversion electronics such as Gallium Nitride (GaN) or Silicon Carbide (SiC) and is a compact, light-weight, and environmentally sealed form factor and, a Lithium-Ion 6T Format battery module (enclosure with 6T battery included) that will meet current and future power conversion and energy storage needs of DoD systems. The converter will have multiple power interfaces for input and output in order to simultaneously harvest and convert AC and DC power while providing both AC and DC power to multiple loads.
