Overview

The purpose of this RPP is to solicit Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposals for the research and development of the Retail Capability Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) to upgrade the flow rate of 800 fielded M107 Tank Rack Modules (TRMs) from 20 Gallons Per Minute (GPM) to up to 50 GPM.
