Overview

The intent of this project is to extend the useful life of the RTCH RT-240 V1 Variant (here by referred to as RTCH) by inducting it into a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP). The Government also requires the RTCH to be modernized to replace obsolete components and enhance the RTCH’s safety and reliability. The Government anticipates the modernization to occur as part of the SLEP process.

Solicitation Released | RPP-21-03 | RTCH Modernization

The purpose of this RPP is to solicit Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposals for the installation of a viable solution to replace obsolete components, enhance safety and reliability, provide enhancements, and conduct proof of concept via Production Verification Testing to extend the system service life of the Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH).
