Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to issue a Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP) for the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck - Load Handling System (HEMTT-LHS) Compatible Water Tank Rack (Hippo) under the Ground Vehicle Systems Other Transaction Agreement (GVS OTA), W15QKN-17-9-1025-RPP 19-14. The Government will utilize the GVS OTA for the award of this future project.
