Overview
Under this prototype project, the Government is seeking the delivery of four (4) Non-Developmental Item (NDI) RCV-M Surrogates for Government evaluation, test and Manned-Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T) experimentation.
The project will be completed in two stages. The first stage is Request for White Paper (RWP) with Oral Review. All NAMC members that submit a White Paper (WP) will be invited to participate in an Oral Review event. The Government will assess the offeror’s White Paper in accordance with predetermined assessment criteria and select highly qualified offerors to participate in the second stage.
The second stage is a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) that will be issued to the highly qualified offerors selected from stage one. Offerors in this stage shall respond with a full proposal. 1-2 proposals will be chosen and will deliver a Software Integration Lab (SIL), prototype vehicles. The vehicles will be subjected to significant testing after delivery.

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) intends to issue a Robotic Combat Vehicle-Medium (RCV-M) project through the NAMC and are requesting information to understand industry's capabilities for the RCV-M acquisition approach. Comments on the DRAFT Requirements are due to the Government by 14-JUN-2019.
