Development of Small Autonomous Amphibious Vehicles

In support of possible future U.S. Marine Corps amphibious operational concepts, it is envisioned that a swarm of unmanned amphibious platforms could aid in attacking and securing a beach from the sea. To enable this capability, the development of small autonomous amphibious vehicles capable of transiting from the sea, operating on and across the littoral/beach, then inland is desired.
