Upper Extremity Impact Injury Protection for Occupant in Underbody Blast, Crash, and Rollover Events

TARDEC Ground Systems Survivability (GSS) Interior Blast Mitigation Technologies (IBMT) is interested in addressing the evaluation of technologies that pose possible solutions for injury reduction using the test methodology and biofidelic tools derived. Examples of such technologies include but not limited to: structural design, energy absorption material, airbags, and retro fitting current vehicles. The test methodology and biofidelic tools in conjunction with injury reducing technologies that will be developed and delivered will increase the capabilities of the military vehicles and reduce the lethality of the Warfighter.
