ISEF Support of ReqIF Standard

The Integrated Systems Engineering Framework (ISEF) is a set of interconnected web-tools that enable systems engineering process throughout the product lifecycle and is used to support ground vehicle programs of record. ISEF has a government off the shelf (GOTS) requirements management capability. The tool does not currently support export to the Object Modeling Group (OMG) Requirements Interchange Format (ReqIF) standard, which allows easy import and export capability with other government and commercial requirements and architecture tools. The Government is seeking design and development of a virtual model prototype to demonstrate the technical feasibility of ISEF fully supporting the OMG ReqIF standard. Through being able to support of the OMG ReqIF interchange standard utilizing the ISEF tool suite, it will enable better compatibility between ISEF and other requirements tools, thus improving systems engineering execution.
