ISEF iPhone App

The Integrated Systems Engineering Framework (ISEF) is a set of interconnected web-tools that enable systems engineering process throughout the product lifecycle for use with all ground vehicle programs of record. In FY16, ISEF will transform from a collection of interconnected systems engineering tools to a more complete systems engineering guide. The ISEF will execute concepts such as the ability to “subscribe” to ISEF data as well as a “My ISEF” blog-wall to render information that users would like to track closely. The next step in creating the best user experience possible to ISEF users would be to create a virtual model ISEF iPhone app for installation on DoD iPhones. This app would need to be compliant with all DoD information assurance policies regarding iPhone apps. The app will allow ISEF users to access their “My ISEF” blog-wall remotely, read the information contained, and launch smartphone friendly versions of ISEF tools to edit and visualize data as needed. The ISEF iPhone App will also allow users to configure their alerts and save user preferences.
