Counter-Counter Measures

The Government is seeking proposals for the design, development, analysis, prototyping and demonstration of: DoD ground vehicle-centric measures, countermeasures, counter-countermeasures, anti-tamper, disruptive, unattributable and target defeat technologies. Showcasing historic Armaments Research, Development, and Engineering Center (ARDEC) lessons learned on: 1) new DoD ground vehicle platforms and/or 2) retrofitted, existing DoD ground vehicle platforms is anticipated. These programs will encompass material research and system engineering activities intended to prevent and/or delay exploitation of critical technologies in U.S. armament systems, involving the entire life cycle of systems acquisition, including: program strategy, research, design, development, prototyping, testing, safety evaluation, implementation validation, transportation, storage, and disassembly/demilitarization. Programs that are designed to establish baseline properties for armaments, components, subcomponents, materials of interest and processes to fabricate these prototypes are also sought.
