RFI: Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV)
This Request for Information (RFI) invites NAMC members to support the Next Generation Combat Vehicle (NGCV) - Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV) speedy acquisition process by providing feedback and recommendations to the Government when information (i.e. draft operational capabilities, requirements, schedule, expected capability, readiness, etc.) is published to the consortium. Only NAMC members that submit a response to this RFI, will be invited to the Soldier Innovation Workshop (SIW) in August 2018.
NGCV-RCV Phase 2
TARDEC is beginning Phase 2 of the Next Generation Combat Vehicle - Robotic Combat Vehicle (NGCV-RCV) program. The goal of this phase is to accelerate the development of an RCV prototype to assist in the development of requirements. The results of the manned/unmanned teaming (MUM-T) experiments conducted in this phase will provide a demonstration of operational capabilities. These operational capabilities will be used to create and define requirements and capabilities for certain draft documents and prototype specifications critical to the acquisition process.
