PEO GCS’s PdL RS&C in coordination with RCCTO intends to host an Industry Day to lay out the planned acquisition approach, associated schedules, and an update to requirements for UxS Autonomous Mobility. This Industry Day will occur on 20 May 2025, from 9 am- 5 pm at the Velocity Center in Sterling Heights, MI. View original SAM.gov notice here.
The event will be limited to only current NAMC members and only two (2) personnel from each company.
Industry Day briefs will be held from 9 am - 12 pm by PdL RS&C. There will also be a teaming event from 1-5 pm in the main event space for interested vendors to collaborate and share its capabilities with other vendors. Registration closes at 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 13 May 2025.
One-On-One’s with Government:
While the briefing event occurs in the main event area, the Government will hold one-on-one meetings with a limited number of interested vendors in breakout rooms from 1-5pm. One-on-one meetings will be no longer than 20 minutes. Any organizations interested in requesting a one-on-one shall include a short description of what is planned to be briefed and included in the registration which closes at 3:00pm EST on 13 May 2025. Notification of selection and one-on-one time slots will be provided by COB 16 May 2025.
Quad Chart Presentations:
We invite our Members to take part in this initiative by delivering brief presentations, either expressing an interest in leveraging specific capabilities related to the UxS Autonomous Mobility project or seeking potential partners with complementary capabilities.
To streamline the process and ensure a focused exchange of information, we will provide a structured framework for presentations, allotting a limited duration of 20 minutes per presentation, including Q&A if desired by the presenter. To facilitate this, all vendors will utilize a quad chart format that you are able to download on the event page that can be found by clicking the button below. The quad chart submitted will be the only material shown during industry presentations.
Short Organization Presentations Criteria:
- If you're a "prime," let us know what technology gaps you're looking to fill.
- If you're a technology provider, let us know how your capabilities could support primes in relation to the UxS Autonomous Mobility program
- Please note, each presentation has a maximum time limit of 20 minutes.
- Submissions must be in the provided quad chart template.
- No embedded videos/video links should be included in the quad charts.
- If you want to include a Q&A during your presentation, it must fit within your allotted 20 minutes.
Due to time constraints and the event’s focus, NAMC will select presenters based primarily on relevance to the UxS Autonomous Mobility project.
