NAMC Update | Detroit Arsenal Innovation OTA Selection
Dear Members,
On Friday, May 19, 2023, the US Government notified NAMC of selection for the Detroit Arsenal Innovation (DAI) Other Transaction Agreement (OTA). This was due to NAMC's proposal, which represented the best value based on the criteria outlined in solicitation W56HZV-23-9-D0001. The DAI OTA provides the US Government with a streamlined mechanism to support the competitive contracting process for all emerging ground mobility modernization prototyping and developmental needs. This award also results in a singular prototyping OTA for DTA customers.
NAMC has now entered into negotiations of the base DAI OTA contract. Pending a successful outcome, we anticipate an award by the end of June 2023. We expect to see opportunities under the DAI OTA’s technology areas soon after.
This selection does not change the status of current members. Current and future NAMC members will have access to all opportunities solicited under the new DAI OTA and will still be able to continue activities under other previously-awarded, NAMC-held OTAs.
