Q1: What do you want other NAMC Members to know about you?
A: Array of Engineers specializes in automated testing, embedded software, and custom hardware design. Our diverse team provides innovative embedded engineering solutions to partners in across several industries to include defense, space, aerospace, automotive, medical sectors. We consistently save our partners time & resources, while empowering them with self-sustaining automation capabilities & maximum design flexibility.
Q2: What do you consider your organization’s differentiator?
A: Our team's automation systems reduce software test execution timelines by 90% on average. Array of Engineers has developed a full turnkey solution for test automation, which includes a custom data acquisition module, test environment, test script creation and implementation, and teaching these processes to our partners for self-sustaining and reusable test automation capabilities. Collectively, we have automated well over 10,000 tests on electronic components for our aerospace, defense, and medical partners, to include model testing and hardware-software integration testing.
Q3: What are you most proud of?
A: Array of Engineers is most proud of our team, which has created over 28 high technology jobs and numerous internship opportunities here in West Michigan. We recruit heavily from Michigan's many universities in order to retain engineering talent and grow our state's unique technological and manufacturing talents. Our success is based on our engineers operating as a unified team, producing creative and efficient solutions, continually learning and utilizing cutting edge technologies in our projects, and investing in our community through mentoring younger generations in STEM.
