Movement Planning and Execution Management for Theater Operations

AUT-25-05: The Government is seeking proposals to develop a human-collaborative capability, through enhanced techniques and technologies for movement planning and execution management, that will operate at the theater level by reducing human cognitive load and allow decision makers to be rapidly informed of mission status, so they are able to make immediate operational decisions.

The Government has released the final Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Plan Request for Prototype Proposals (RPP). RPP-24-A09 contains 19 Requirements in the Architecture & Modularity, Autonomy, External Systems, Modeling & Simulation, Platforms, and Survivability Technology Objective Areas. These projects are competed in advance of funding availability. The projects listed in this RPP will be funded in FY25 at the earliest. Members should note that source selection decisions and awards for Annual Plan projects may take months and are prioritized based on funding priorities.
