The government has released RPP-21-02 BISON Water System. Proposals are due in BIDS by 3PM EST on 21 May 2021. The purpose of this RPP is to solicit Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposals for the research and development of a Water Bison System that meets the project requirements and evaluate the compliance to the Draft Bison Automotive Tank Purchase Description (ATPD) (Attachments 003). The Offeror shall review Attachments 001-024 in their entirety prior to its proposal preparation and submission.
