We have been contacted by members interested in teaming on RPP-18-3 United States Army Europe (USAREUR) Heavy Equipment Transport System (HETS) Operational Needs Statement (ONS) Semitrailer.
NAMC is currently researching ways in which to team members of the consortium for specific RPPs. We are interested in speaking with members to get their thoughts on the best way to facilitate this, both from Organizations that are preparing to submit as PRIME and those looking to subcontract to those primes.

We will gather the information on interested parties and then decide the best way to distribute it among the respondants.
