Robotic Technology Kernel (RTK) Development Forum | March 14-16
NAMC and the Government will be co-hosting this year’s Robotic Technology Kernel (RTK) Development Forum on 14-16 March at Macomb Community College’s South Campus in Warren, MI.
In addition to the usual technical sessions, this year’s Forum will include time for an open exchange on the current state of RTK and discussion on the potential for Industry having a greater voice in the future direction of RTK.
The tentative agenda includes:
March 14
- Technical presentations, updates, and sessions on
- RTK framework (architecture and interfaces)
- RTK foundation (e.g. core, baseline software modules)
- Third party applications and modules
- Other elements that collectively comprise the RTK ecosystem
March 15 and 16
- Government leadership’s perspective on a potential RTK public/private partnership
- Consolidated results of the RTK Survey (see below)
- Break-out sessions and discussion groups on specific topics related to the potential partnership
- Confidential one-on-one sessions with the Government and/or NAMC based on availability

NAMC Members can request to attend by submitting an application at https://bit.ly/RTK2023 or by clicking the button below. Please name up to two individuals who will be attending each day. NAMC will then reach out when applications are accepted. Members can also indicate in their application if they are interested in a one-on-one discussion with the Government about a topic related to RTK.

NAMC Members that are interested in giving a succinct, 15-minute presentation on a RTK-related technical topic at the Forum can request to do so by submitting a quad chart. This chart should summarize the RTK software development or systems integration project(s) the organization would like to brief.
Please download our quad chart template and complete it with the appropriate information. Quad charts should be submitted to submissions@namconsortium.org by 1 March 2023.
Selected presenters will be notified no later than 6 March 2023
