NAMC Member Training
Description
Join us for our NAMC Member Training, where we will provide an in-depth understanding of Procurement Integrity, DD882s, RPPs, and Task Requests (TRs), the new BIDS site, and a comprehensive look at contracting practices.
NAMC Member Training will be help in-person as well as virtually.
Overview of NAMC Member Training
The Member Training will include several topics, including:
DAI Terms and Conditions - Security
- Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) training by a Counterintelligence agent or another authorized official per AR 381-12, para. 2-4b; FBI; DCSA - overview, resources to get training, etc.
- Medium Assurance certification (ATO) to report cyber incidents to DC3 (this is needed in advance due to delays)
- Foreign entity disclosure and foreign visit requests
- Disclosure requests (Technical Assistant Agreement (TAA), other requests, DSP-5, information to release, and NAMC transmittal to the Government for approval)
- Foreign Ownership Control or Influence (FOCI)/ International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) - Procurement Integrity
DAI General
- New BIDS Site
Contracting
- How invoicing and payment are changing with DAI and Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) by milestones, even for Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)
- DD882s
- Protecting proprietary subcontractor info
- Programs overview (review RPPs, TRs, etc.)
