Join us for Leadership Elevation, the first in the new NDIA-MI Young Professionals Connect (YPC) series, Lead, on Wednesday evening, October 1, featuring keynote speaker Jacqueline M. Baker
Baker, a leadership consultant, author, and founder of Scarlet Communications, presents a powerful message designed to empower, elevate, and educate young professionals.
She will share strategies for “Managing Up”—the art of effectively leading and influencing beyond your title or position. Following Baker’s keynote, a panel of seasoned and young professional defense industry professionals will expand the conversation with real-world insights on how to establish a presence, communicate with impact, and embody professionalism in high-stakes environments.
