Exhibit with NAMC at AUSA 2025
Back by popular demand: NAMC is once again offering Members the opportunity to gain high-value exposure by co-exhibiting or displaying their capability statements in the NAMC Pavilion at AUSA 2025.
We’re excited to bring this opportunity back for another high-impact event. Last year, the following NAMC Members were selected as co-exhibitors: Beast Code, GS Engineering, Swarmbotics, and Ares Technology.
2025 Opportunities Available:
- 4 co-exhibitor spots
- 12 capability statement displays
These limited opportunities sold out quickly last year.

Selection Criteria
A cross-section of tech areas will be reflected in the chosen Member companies.
The following criteria must be met:
- You have not exhibited at AUSA in the past
- You must be an active Member (FY25 dues are paid)
- You have attended one of the last two GMMs
- Your DD2345 must be active and cannot expire during the AUSA show
Table Exhibit: Cost $2,500
Participating Members will be provided with:
- One high-top table as a location to display your company information
- New company retractable Banner measuring 12in x 16in (NAMC will work with your team to get information for the banner. You can take it after the show for future marketing opportunities)
- One ticket to the annual AUSA Arsenal of Democracy Reception at the Conference Center on the first night of AUSA. This is an exclusive, ticket-required event hosting key Army and Industry Leaders.
Material Exhibit: Cost $250
Participating Members will be provided with:
- One location to display your capability statements (NAMC will restock the locations when the capability statements are running low)
- One ticket to the annual AUSA Arsenal of Democracy Reception at the Conference Center on the first night of AUSA. This is an exclusive, ticket-required event hosting key Army and Industry Leaders.
