ARCS COP Virtual Industry Day 2024
Description
The Army Robotic Common Software (ARCS) Community of Practice (COP) will provide the foundation to enable Industry and Government to effectively collaborate in transitioning ground autonomy capabilities. The ARCS COP will enable Industry to shape the enterprise-level technical and business approaches for ARCS, encourage the development of autonomy-enabling capabilities and approaches to DOD-specific requirements, and develop and implement methods for Industry to more readily access and begin using ARCS.
The first step in this process will be to establish the ARCS COP and subcommittees to enable this Industry and Government collaboration to begin October 2024.
DEVCOM Ground Vehicle Systems Center and National Advanced Mobility Consortium will be hosting a Virtual Industry Day regarding the ARCS COP on 22 July. This Industry day will provide an overview of the ARCS COP and current ARCS roadmap.
