While the term readiness can be interpreted in multiple ways, our view on this term is about delivering value across 3 key focus areas. These 3 areas include:
Asset Intelligence - optimizing asset performance using predictive technology to increase uptime and availability.
Force Multiplier - Upskilling and augmenting warfighters through prescriptive insights. Capture, retain, and disseminate tribal knowledge.
Decision Optimization - Streamlining decision-making, mitigate uncertainty, and increase operational efficiency.
Q: What is something unique about your product or service?
A: SGS has several unique elements about our solutions, but 2 key differentiators we believe set us apart are Explainability and User-Centric Solutions.
Explainability – Our solutions provide users the ability to see feature importance and value in relation to other features and historically. Further our solutions show progress of behavior and contribution to outcomes trending over time.
User-Centric Solutions – we develop solutions that take into account user and SME driven inputs to align and support their workflow needs. We strongly believe that AI models left without a clear connection to workflow and jobs being done provide little overall value—connecting models to problems and workflows enables clear value and alignment to customer problems and needs.
