Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Innovation Day

The Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is hosting an Innovation Day in McLean, VA on September 17, 2019, to quickly target and acquire promising new technology. This one-day event is modeled after commercial investor "pitch" days and will evaluate disruptive, innovative approaches and technologies to address critical capabilities. The RCCTO is focused on finding solutions that could be in the hands of Soldiers within a one-to-three year timeframe.
The RCCTO intends to leverage its Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), Solicitation Number: W56JSR-18-S-0001, which includes all scopes of technology areas of interest and enables the awarding of contracts, grants, agreements and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements. To be considered to attend the RCCTO Innovation Day, participants should submit a white paper detailing their innovative idea. The white paper submission should follow the submission requirements under Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) number W56JSR-18-S-0001 and, at a minimum, should include:
-Name of Business
-Address of Business
-Point of Contact
-Indicate Large or Small Business
-List any relevant products utilized with other Government or commercial platforms, noting any specific DoD usage
-Relevancy of the technical benefit
-Clear and timely schedule for delivering the technology
-Affordability/cost (to include additional expected costs for field able prototype, such as manufacturing, experimentation, and other costs)
Please limit your submission to 10 pages plus the cover page. Cost ROMs are not included in the page limit.
