NAMC Enterprise Update  |  Meet the Team

5 October 2020

NAMC Members:

Effective 1 October the new NAMC began. As we start our first full week, we’d like to take the time to officially introduce you to the new team and structure, especially to those that were not a part of the General Membership Meeting a few weeks ago.

First, we must take time to thank Tony Melita for all that he has done for the NAMC.  After six years as the executive director Tony has decided to resign, passing the reigns to Alissa Roath with full confidence. The OTA based consortium model would not exist without Tony spearheading efforts to evolve government and industry collaboration as we know it. Not only does NAMC owe him our deepest gratitude but the entire defense community as well. Tony, thank you for your leadership.

Below you have a snapshot of the NAMC organization structure, led by executive director Alissa Roath. We’ll introduce you to our newest team members as well.

We are excited for our future and the many exciting things to come in FY2021.

Outsourced Services

NAMC will outsource remaining functions to Rehmann. Rehmann was competitively chosen as our outsourced provider for Finance, IT and HR. They will help us get up and running with our Government approved financial systems and processes and will help us to train future staff. IT and HR will remain outsourced until we grow enough to justify bringing those functions in-house.

We will continue to utilize our consultants for business development and other functions critical to our growth and diversification.
