Update December 9, 2019 Posting

The Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) has a requirement to provide high and slow speed moving vehicles to various range customers. The current vehicles used to provide this capability are reaching their life limit for sustainability and are expected to become obsolete by Fiscal Year 2021.

Please see the attached documents and visit the following link for the actual announcement in Sam.GOV.

Original September 25, 2019 Posting

The U.S. Air Force is looking for companies to build kits that can be installed in military ground vehicles. The vehicles will be used on our ranges to train pilots firing air-to-surface munitions. The USAF would like to attract companies that possess the innovation needed to accomplish this project.

In support of this effort, an Industry Day will be hosted by the Utah Test and Training Range on 1-2 October 2019. This will allow vendors to participate in briefings and one-on-one sessions (day 1) and become familiar with range infrastructure and topography (tour day 2). To facilitate meaningful discussion at the industry day, companies should ask for clarification of requirements if necessary, provide feedback leading up to the industry day, and have hardware/software engineers in attendance at the industry day. Companies are allowed to bring product information to the industry day. NOTE: Proprietary information should be marked as such.

If you do NOT have base access you will need to RSVP by tomorrow, Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 3:00pm Mountain Time. If you DO have base access, then RSVPs by this Friday at 3:00pm Mountain Time.

Please review more information on FBO.gov.
