The overarching goal of this RFP is to develop a process and tools for modelling the data, state machines, flow, and any other necessary concepts needed to completely model a bridge.  Auto-generation of working, object-oriented code and documentation must be demonstrated using this model. Responses are DUE ASAP and NLT than 3:00pm EDT on 28-JUN-2019.
