Due Date Extended

The Government has extended the due date for RPP-20-04 Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV).  Proposals are now due in BIDS by 3:00pm ET on 16-JUL-2020.

The Government has released an updated Q&A document for RPP-20-04 Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV).  To download this document, click on the Q&A button under Actions.  Log in is required.

RPP-20-04 CATV Released

The purpose of this RPP is to solicit Firm Fixed Price (FFP) proposals for the research and development of a Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV) that meets all of the CATV requirements, and evaluate the vehicle compliance to the CATV Performance Specification.

RPP-20-04 CATV Draft Documents Available

The Government has released the DRAFT documents for RPP-20-04 Cold Weather All Terrain Vehicle (CATV). Questions and comments will be accepted until March 18, 2020, 3:00 PM (EST).

CATV Questions for Industy

The Government has released questions for industry to answer regarding the CATV project. These questions can be found under the documents folder of RPP-20-04. Please review and respond to questions@namconsortium.org by February 24, 2020 at 3pm (EST). 

CATV P-Spec Available

The CATV Draft P-Spec is available for viewing on the NAMC website, by clicking "View Documents." The P-Spec will be available for two weeks, with a removal date of February 14, 2020.

Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV) Industry Day

NAMC members are invited to participate in a Virtual Industry Day to discuss the upcoming requirement for the Cold Weather All-Terrain Vehicle (CATV). The briefing session will include details on the CATV Operation Requirement, Acquisition Strategy, Key Requirements, and Project Schedule.
